SURG 560 Final Report: Creation of an embedded surgical registry to follow patient outcomes in a low resource environment

Josh Wiedermann, a student of the MGSC program, recently published their SURG 560 final report to UBC CIRcle.  This report summarizes the final practicum project “Creation of an embedded surgical registry to follow patient outcomes in a low resource environment.”

Dr. Wiedermann’s project focused on accessibility of creation of an external server survey system that will be used to maintain a surgical registry of patients operated on by Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgeons in Zimbabwe.
