Richard Bresler, a student of the MGSC program, recently published their SURG 560 final report to UBC CIRcle. This report summarizes the final practicum project “Assessing parent and healthcare professional experiences with management of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) in a Canadian setting.”

This study aims to understand the challenges of delivering and receiving care in British Columbia by assessing parental and healthcare professional beliefs, knowledge and attitudes towards DDH in a Canadian setting and provide suggestions for improvement in the delivery of DDH care.
